National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002) follows the exploits of the titular character, a seven-year senior at Coolidge College who has made a name for himself as a living legend. Van's carefree lifestyle is threatened when his wealthy but neglectful father cuts off his financial support, forcing him to find ways to pay for his college life.
