In 'Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II', Vicki Carpenter unwittingly releases the vengeful spirit of Mary Lou Maloney while rummaging through a trunk in her high school's basement. Mary Lou, who was burned to death on prom night thirty years ago by her jilted boyfriend, now possesses Vicki's body and sets out for revenge against those responsible for her demise. The possessed Vicki begins terrorizing the students and faculty of Hamilton High, particularly targeting Bill Nordham, now the school principal and a key player in Mary Lou's original death. As prom night approaches, Bill must confront his past and find a way to stop Mary Lou once and for all before it's too late.
