Lénie Cherino began her artistic career with training in dance, singing, and theater under Michel Galabru's company. She later graduated with a unanimous first prize from the Conservatoire national de Bourg-la-Reine. In 2002, she met François Descraques and subsequently appeared in several Frenchnerd projects such as 'J'ai jamais su dire non' and 'Scred TV'. Cherino had a brief appearance in season two of 'Le Visiteur du Futur', but officially joined the cast for season three titled 'Les Missionnaires'. She also starred in 'Le Ciné du Comité' on France 4, and was part of the burlesque cabaret show 'Le Cabaret du Chat Boiteux', forming a duo with Isabel Jeannin that combined singing, dance, and stage performances.
