An unhappy couple engaged in trafficking mind control dolls to an unknown client also conduct experiments with a 'Quantum' drug called Aqua Velva, which has otherworldly properties. When they abduct what they believe is a suitable girl for their program, it goes awry as she turns out to be a clone and assassin sent to infiltrate their operation.
