In a decaying New York City ravaged by financial collapse and rising crime, an underworld economy thrives on illegal nightclubs connected through taxicabs. Renny, a young fashion photographer doubling as a drug courier for the party circuit's bigwig Reza, finds himself in hot water when Reza demands he step up his game. Meanwhile, Detective Sixto Santiago, part of an experimental NYPD unit using undercover cabs to combat the drug trade, becomes Renny's pursuer.
