In 'We Are Who We Are,' two American teenagers living on a U.S. military base in Italy navigate the complexities of friendship, first love, and self-discovery. The series follows Fraser Wilson (Jack Dylan Grazer) as he arrives at the base with his mother Sarah (Chloë Sevigny), a Colonel in the U.S. Army.
