Born in Java, Indonesia, she moved to the Netherlands at age four and later studied fashion design in Utrecht before moving to Italy in 1975. She started modeling and acting in soft erotic films, gaining international recognition with the Black Emanuelle films. Her most notable mainstream role was as Keo Sirisomphone in 'Love Is Forever' (1983). She continued acting, often working with her husband Gabriele Tinti, until she retired in the 1990s following his death from cancer.
