After being released from prison for a crime he did not commit, Rusty Nail (Kyle Schmid) joins his brother Goose (Nick McKinless) on a road trip to find their missing sister. Along the way, they encounter a series of bizarre and deadly events involving a mysterious truck driver known only as 'The Rider.' The brothers soon realize that they are being targeted by someone seeking revenge for Rusty's past actions. As they fight to survive and uncover the truth behind the attacks, they must also deal with their own strained relationship.
