After a decade behind bars, the infamous 'Devil's Rejects' are back in action. Otis (Bill Moseley), the deranged murderer and self-proclaimed 'Firefly Family' patriarch, escapes prison and crosses paths with Winslow (Richard Brake), another twisted criminal. Together, they devise a plan to break out Baby (Sheri Moon Zombie), Otis's sister and reluctant accomplice. The trio embarks on a bloody road trip across the American Southwest and into Mexico, leaving a trail of carnage in their wake. As they settle into a hideout, they find themselves surrounded by an vengeful gang of killers seeking to eliminate them once and for all.
