Recently paralyzed Randal Hendricks, living in a grimy Cape Flats apartment complex with his devoted girlfriend Pam, witnesses powerful criminal 'Lawyer' commit murder through his binoculars. Desperate to pay off his debts to sadistic loan shark Emmie, Randal blackmails Lawyer by threatening to expose him. He enlists his dim-witted friend Warren's help, putting Pam in harm's way as events spiral out of control. Meanwhile, detective Gail February investigates the disappearance of her corrupt partner, drawing closer to Randal while Lawyer hunts down his blackmailer. Wheelchair-bound Randal must rely on Pam's physical capabilities and courage to survive this deadly game.
