Peter Cotton, a dedicated scientist specializing in rabbit genetics and infertility, discovers that his research is being misused by the military to create superhuman soldiers. Tragically, he becomes an unwilling participant in this sinister plan when he is bitten by one of his own experimental mutant rabbits.
