Vicky Krieps, born October 4, 1983, is a Luxembourgish-German actress known for her diverse roles in American, Luxembourgish, French, and German productions. She gained international recognition with her breakthrough role in Paul Thomas Anderson's 'Phantom Thread' (2017). Prior to this, she appeared in films like 'Hanna' (2011), 'Two Lives' (2012), and 'A Most Wanted Man' (2013). Gutland begins with a mysterious young man emerging from the forest one summer morning, carrying a secret in his duffel bag. He arrives at a nearby village seeking work but faces hostility and suspicion from the locals.
