In 'Class of Nuke 'Em High Part II: Subhumanoid Meltdown', college students in Tromaville find themselves dealing with genetically engineered subhumanoids living within their nuclear plant-turned-tech institute. These beings, devoid of emotions, are designed to perform menial tasks but have a tendency for spontaneous meltdowns. School reporter Roger Smith falls in love with Victoria, one such subhumanoid, and becomes determined to save her from her explosive fate. Meanwhile, he must also contend with Tromie, a giant mutant squirrel wreaking havoc on the institute.
