In wintry Siberia during the Soviet era, a group of Estonian students led by Olle embarks on a hiking trip that turns terrifying when Olle disappears on their last day. His rival Eero guides the group to a nearby Buryate village for help but they're drawn into an escalating series of supernatural events seemingly orchestrated by Olle's vengeful spirit.
