Marion Cotillard, born September 30, 1975 in Paris, France, is an award-winning actress known for her roles in independent films and blockbusters. She began her career in French cinema, earning a César Award nomination for Most Promising Actress for 'Taxi' (1998). Cotillard made her English-language debut in the TV series 'Highlander' (1993) and gained international recognition for her portrayal of Édith Piaf in 'La Vie en Rose' (2007), winning an Academy Award for Best Actress. Notable films include 'A Very Long Engagement' (2004), 'Inception' (2010), 'The Dark Knight Rises' (2012), and 'Allied' (2016). She has also performed as Joan of Arc in an oratorio from 2005 to 2022. In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by an unseen catastrophe, Théo, a young rebel, wages his own war against a repressive regime by creating and posting anti-government slogans around the city. His defiant acts of graffiti bring him to the attention of the authorities, who hunt him relentlessly. Amidst this dangerous climate, Théo finds solace and forbidden love with a mysterious woman he calls 'Furia'. Together, they navigate the treacherous landscape, their bond deepening as they fight against oppression.
