Fabian, a young German doctor, travels to Lisbon in pursuit of winning back his girlfriend, Doro, whom he lost due to his severe jealousy issues. Initially, things seem to improve between them as they rekindle their relationship. However, Fabian's paranoia and jealousy resurface, causing him to suspect that Doro is having affairs with almost every man she knows.
