In 1977, a group of rowdy Christian teenagers attend Happy Day Bible Camp for a weekend of fun and debauchery. However, their misdeeds are punished one by one in bloody ways. Seven years later, another youth group returns to the camp under the leadership of Father Richard Cummings (Reggie Bannister) and Sister Mary Chopper (Tim Sullivan). The group soon finds themselves targeted by a transgender serial killing nun, leading to a fight for survival against this deadly foe. Throughout the movie, notable performances are delivered by actors such as Gigi Bannister, Jessica Sonneborn, Troy Guthrie, Deborah Venegas, Jay Fields, and Jeff Dylan Graham. In the climax, Reggie Bannister's character must confront the nun with the help of a guide provided by Ron Jeremy playing Jesus.
Bloody Bloody Bible Camp is a 2012 American comedy horror film directed by Vito Trabucco. Set in the late 70s and early 80s, this B-movie spoof centers around a summer camp for Christian youth that becomes the scene of gruesome murders committed by a vengeful transgender nun. The movie is an equal opportunity offender, poking fun at religious themes while delivering plenty of gore and over-the-top performances. Notable actors such as Reggie Bannister (Phantasm series) and Tim Sullivan (2001 Maniacs) lead the cast in this hilarious yet bloody satire.
