Set during 1605's Gunpowder Plot in England, this British miniseries follows Robert Catesby (Kit Harington), a charismatic and passionate Catholic rebel who leads Guy Fawkes (Tom Ward) and their conspirators in an audacious plan to blow up the Palace of Westminster. Their aim is to kill King James I, whose rule has brought religious persecution upon English Catholics like themselves.
