In 'Vice Academy 4', the relentless nymphomaniac Malathion escapes from prison once again, threatening to seduce the Police Commissioner and ruin his wedding plans. Candy, a seasoned Vice Academy detective, is teamed up with her new partner Samantha to apprehend Malathion before she causes any more chaos.
