Elena Maire Karin Leeve, born February 1, 1983, in Helsinki, Finland, began her acting career at age seven. She debuted professionally at 14 with a major role in the TV series Kuusikko ja kuoleman varjot (Shadows of the Sixth and Shadows of Death). After graduating from the Helsinki Theater Academy with a Master's degree in Arts in 2006, Leeve has since worked extensively in Finnish film, television, and theater. Notably, she starred as Sari in the Finnish drama 'Aita' (Mother) released in 2001.
