When famous actress Anna Fritz dies unexpectedly at a party, her body is brought to a morgue for an autopsy. A hospital orderly named Ivan secretly shares photos of Anna's corpse with his friends, attracting a group of curious and voyeuristic men who believe they can have sex with the deceased celebrity. Four strangers arrive at the morgue under the cover of night: Pablo, a shy man seeking intimacy; Javi, a womanizer eager for another conquest; Miguel, a horny teenager; and Ivan himself, driven by guilt and shame.
