In 'Green Inferno', a group of American activists travel to the Amazon rainforest to protect an uncontacted tribe from being forced out of their home by a large construction project. However, they soon realize that they've underestimated both the determination of the developers and the hostility of the tribespeople, who have no interest in becoming civilized. Once the activists are captured, they face gruesome rituals and cannibalistic practices at the hands of the tribe.
