In Paris during 1996, editor Pierre Duval engages in an affair with Claire Jaillac, the wife of wealthy architect Bernard Jaillac. When Bernard must oversee a large-scale project in Morocco, he invites Pierre to accompany them into the desert. However, Bernard appears increasingly obsessed with another woman. As the trip progresses, tensions rise and dark secrets begin to surface, threatening to destroy their relationships.
