Greek-born French actress Ariane Labed, born May 8, 1984, lived her early years between Athens and Germany before moving to France at age 12. She studied theater and performing arts at Provence University, co-founding Vasistas theatre company. Labed's acting debut in 'Attenberg' earned her the Volpi Cup for Best Actress at Venice Film Festival. Notable roles include 'Before Midnight', 'The Lobster', and 'Assassin's Creed'. She also wrote and directed her first short film, 'OLLA', which received critical acclaim.
