Sara (Fiona Dourif) is among five survivors of a masked shooter's attack at a small diner. Seeking treatment for their lingering fears, they turn to Dr. Andover (Robert Englund), who uses his 'Fear Chamber' therapy. Initially successful, the patients' fears resurface worse than before, prompting them to return to the clinic. Sara goes back as well.
