Claudia, a troubled teenager, finds herself confined in a strict reformatory run by psychiatrist Bernarda Alquicira. She begins experiencing terrifying visions of Andrea, a former intern who had committed suicide there a year ago. Claudia discovers that she is not alone; other girls at the institution have also experienced these supernatural occurrences whenever the wind blows. Josefina, an enigmatic patient, and Dr. Lucia Franyutti, Bernarda's associate, seem to hold key insights into Andrea's vengeful spirit but are themselves unsettled by the escalating events.
