El Niño is a young man living in La Línea de la Concepción near the Rock of Gibraltar who repairs and tests motorboats for a living. After a night out with his friend El Compi, they meet Halil, a young Muslim whose uncle Rachid is a drug dealer. Persuaded by El Compi, El Niño agrees to act as a drug mule, smuggling drugs from Africa to Spain via boat. Meanwhile, veteran police officer Jesús, aided by his partner Eva, pursues the notorious drug lord known as El Inglés who operates around Gibraltar.
