Citizen Toxie finds himself trapped in Amortville, a dimensional mirror image of Tromaville, after an explosion creates a rift between the two worlds. Meanwhile, Tromaville is taken over by the Diaper Mafia and subsequently ruled by Toxie's evil doppelganger, Noxie. The fate of Tromaville hangs in balance as Toxie struggles to return from Amortville to stop Noxie's rampage. Adding to the chaos, Sarah, Toxie's wife, is pregnant with two babies fathered by different men. Throughout his journey, Toxie must also deal with Tito's teen angst and hope for his redemption.
