American actress Robin Tunney was born on June 19, 1972. She began her film career with Encino Man (1992) and gained prominence through Empire Records (1995), The Craft (1996), and Niagara, Niagara (1997), for which she won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress. Tunney starred in Supernova (2000) alongside her notable roles in End of Days (1999) and Vertical Limit (2000). She is known for her television work as Veronica Donovan on Prison Break (2005–2006) and Teresa Lisbon on The Mentalist (2008–2015). On December 28th, 1999, as New York City prepares for the millennium, the Devil arrives with a sinister plan. He inhabits the body of a man named Gregor (Gabriel Byrne) and seeks out Christine York (Sandra Bullock), a 20-year-old woman destined to be his bride. If he fathers her child between 11:00 PM and midnight on New Year's Eve, it will signal the end of humanity. The only hope lies with Jericho Cane (Arnold Schwarzenegger), an atheist ex-cop who lost his faith after his family was murdered. With the help of a Vatican agent named Buchet (Rod Steiger), Cane must confront his disbelief and protect Christine to prevent the Devil from bringing about the apocalypse.
