In 'Fired Up', directed by Will Gluck, two high school football players, Shawn Colfax and Nick Brady, convince their team to skip cheer camp so they can attend a rival's camp instead, where the cheerleaders are rumored to be more attractive. Once there, they encounter various challenges as they try to fit in and impress the girls while navigating the competitive world of cheerleading. Along the way, Shawn begins to fall for a cheerleader named Carly, who initially rebuffs his advances but eventually reciprocates his feelings.
