Rebecca Night was born in Poole, Dorset and attended Yarrells Preparatory School where she participated in musical productions. She later attended Parkstone Grammar School and Brownsea Open Air Theatre. Night is a former member of the National Youth Theatre where she played Hero in Much Ado About Nothing and Master & Margarita at the Lyric Hammersmith. She trained at Rose Bruford College.
