Dame Kristin Ann Scott Thomas, born on May 24, 1960, is a British actress who holds dual citizenship with France. She won a BAFTA for her role in 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' (1994) and was nominated for an Academy Award for 'The English Patient' (1996). Suzanne, a well-to-do married woman and mother living in the south of France, feels unfulfilled with her idle bourgeois lifestyle.
