Australian actress Mary Rose Byrne was born on July 24, 1979. She began her acting career in Australia during the 1990s, making her screen debut in 'Dallas Doll' (1994). Her breakthrough role came with 'The Goddess of 1967' (2000), for which she won the Volpi Cup for Best Actress. This led to international roles like Dormé in 'Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones' (2002). In the vibrant Hong Kong of 1967, a young man named Lung returns home after serving in the Vietnam War.
