ストーリー
In 'La machine à découdre', the deranged Doctor Enger is fixated on constructing a hospital to heal blind children. While trying to buy a gun to make ends meet, Steff crosses paths with Enger, who takes the weapon and shoots a bartender before kidnapping Steff. Accompanied by Liliane, a former Miss France who remains naked or near-naked throughout, Enger embarks on a violent spree of killings and carjackings, allegedly to advance his hospital project. The police chase them but fail to apprehend the duo. Meanwhile, the mayor, facing re-election, struggles with damage control.
