After botching a gangland hit in London's East End, psychotic criminal Chas hides out at the guest house run by Turner, a once-famous rock star seeking inspiration for his music. As they coexist under one roof, their worlds collide and intertwine, with Turner influencing Chas's violent tendencies and encouraging him to embrace his softer side. Meanwhile, Turner's glamorous muse Pherber seduces Chas, causing tension between the men.
