She gained fame for her roles as Lorelai Gilmore on the WB Network series 'Gilmore Girls' and Sarah Braverman on 'Parenthood'. In the movie 'Sweet November (2001)', Graham portrayed Sara, a woman who meets Nelson, played by Keanu Reeves, during a driving test. Despite initially insulting him, she later promises to leave him alone if he gives her a ride home. After losing his job and girlfriend on the same day, Nelson agrees to spend the entire month of November with Sara, leading to an intense love affair that changes his life.
