Gioia, a former prostitute turned successful men's magazine publisher, finds herself terrorized by an unknown assailant who is systematically killing her models and sending her photographs of their disfigured corpses. The images are taken in front of Gioia's semi-nude posters, suggesting a personal connection between Gioia and the killer. As more bodies pile up and Gioia's magazine circulation increases, she becomes increasingly isolated and vulnerable. The question remains: will Gioia be the psycho's next victim?
