Keira Knightley, born March 26, 1985, in London to actors Will Knightley and Sharman Macdonald, began her acting career at age six with commercials and television films. She gained worldwide recognition for her role as Elizabeth Swann in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' series (2003-2007). Notable performances include her Academy Award-nominated roles in 'Pride & Prejudice' (2005) and 'The Imitation Game' (2014). ストーリー
Georgiana Spencer becomes Duchess of Devonshire in 1774, during the height of the Georgian period. Despite being adored by the public for her spirit and charm, her marriage proves disappointing due to the Duke's philandering and indifference towards her, with his primary focus being on producing a male heir. Georgiana finds solace in friendship with Lady Bess but is later betrayed when she discovers that her husband has been involved with both of them. The trio ends up living uncomfortably together. Amidst these tensions and public scrutiny, Georgiana falls deeply in love with Charles Grey, a rising Whig politician. However, despite the Duke's ongoing affair with Lady Bess, he refuses to allow Georgiana to continue her relationship with Charles and threatens to take their children away from her.
