Actress and comedienne Ashlie Rhey was born in Wheeling, West Virginia but grew up in Navarre, Ohio, graduating from Fairless High School in 1979. She began her career as a model with Wilhelmina Models before transitioning into acting after moving to the west coast. Known for her extensive work with Playboy Enterprises, she appeared in seven newsstand specials and a pictorial for Playboy Australia. Rhey's early roles include Shannon Thronton in 'Soap Opera Secrets' and the lead dancer in 'Midnight Tease (1994)', where she played a stripper experiencing nightmares of killing fellow dancers. She also worked as a hand model, body double, and comedienne, creating the sitcom pilot 'Daisy Power (2008)'. Rhey is a Reiki Master, L.M.T., certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and follows personal transformation paths.

When Kim Taylor inherits her grandfather's drive-in theatre, she discovers that it's heavily in debt. The bank demands $25,000 by the end of the weekend to avoid foreclosure. To raise this money quickly, Kim decides to turn the theatre into a bikini car wash and attractions park for one wild weekend. However, her plans are constantly thwarted by J.B. Winston, a ruthless capitalist who wants to buy the property cheaply once it's repossessed. Despite the challenges and comedic misadventures, Kim remains determined to save her grandfather's legacy.
