Rachel Skarsten, born April 23, 1985 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, is a Canadian actress known for her roles in various television series. She graduated from Queen's University with degrees in English Literature and Classical Studies. Skarsten began her acting career on stage at the Royal Alexandra Theatre before transitioning to television. Her notable roles include Dinah Lance/Black Canary in 'Birds of Prey' (2002), Tamsin in 'Lost Girl' (2010-2015), Elizabeth I of England in 'Reign' (2013-2017), and Beth Kane/Alice in 'Batwoman' (2019-present). Frank Martin, known as 'The Transporter,' returns for another series of missions in 'Transporter: The Series.' This time, he's joined by two new team members - Caterina Boldieu, an ex-DGSE agent, and later Jules Faroux, a tech genius. Frank takes on seemingly impossible tasks, delivering everything from pop stars to priceless art across the globe. Each mission brings him into danger and mystery, which he must solve to succeed. However, despite his focus on completing missions, Frank can't help but engage with his clients emotionally, even when he tries to maintain a professional distance.
