Big Bird Cage (1972) is an action-packed crime drama set in the Philippines. The story follows Terry 'Terri' McCoy, a convicted American criminal who escapes from prison with a group of inmates during a typhoon. Among them is Jack Wilson, a notorious bank robber whom Terri accidentally shoots dead while trying to escape from a police ambush. Terri then assumes Wilson's identity and continues his journey alone. He eventually teams up with Maria, the sister of one of his fellow escaped prisoners, who helps him hide out at her rural farmhouse. Meanwhile, the American military is on their trail, led by Major Thompson, who has orders to bring Terri back dead or alive.
