Angelina Jolie, born June 4, 1975 as Angelina Jolie Voight, began her film career with a minor role alongside her father Jon Voight in 'Lookin' to Get Out' (1982). Her first significant role was in the low-budget sci-fi thriller 'Cyborg 2' (1993). A decade after her screen debut, she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for 'Girl, Interrupted' (1999), and later became internationally recognized for portraying Lara Croft in 'Lara Croft: Tomb Raider' (2001).
