ストーリー
A group of college friends decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. While out in the wilderness, they take a wrong turn and get lost in a storm. Seeking shelter from the harsh conditions, they find an abandoned sanatorium and decide to spend the night there. However, it soon becomes apparent that the sanatorium has a troubled past and some of its former patients still reside there. These patients are less than thrilled about the intrusion and begin stalking and attacking the group one by one. The college kids must now fight for survival as they try to outsmart their attackers and make it through the night.
