Ex-Navy Seal Niles and his girlfriend Emily embark on a road trip to New Orleans with their friends. Along the way, they stop at a convenience store owned by Chopper, who regales them with the legend of Lockjaw, a half-man, half-alligator creature. That night, as they set up camp nearby, they soon discover that Lockjaw is more than just a myth and must fight for survival against the horrifying reality of the creature and the secrets hidden by the local townspeople.
