In Antarctica's harsh winter, U.S. Marshal Carrie Stetko is on her final days of duty at an international research station before resigning due to a haunting past incident. As a violent storm approaches, a body found in the tundra wearing no gear sets off alarm bells. Carrie investigates, discovering more bodies and realizing she must find the motive and killer before the storm hits and she leaves.
