She gained prominence as the December 1972 Playmate of the Month for Playboy magazine, with her centerfold photographed by Alexas Urba. In March 1973, she was featured again as the Playmate of the Month in the German edition of Playboy, simultaneously appearing on the covers of U.S., German, French, and Italian editions.

Photographer Steve meets Erika on the beach and they spend time together before having sex. Afterwards, Steve finds his other relationships unsatisfying, leading him to have a playboy's crisis. One of his former partners becomes particularly persistent.
