Tricia Janine Helfer, born on April 11, 1974 in Donalda, Alberta, Canada, is a Canadian actress and former model. She gained significant recognition for her role as Number Six in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica miniseries and television series (2003-2009). Additionally, she portrayed 'Carla' on Burn Notice (2007-2010) and FBI Special Agent Alex Rice on Dark Blue (2009-2010), and hosted the first season of Canada's Next Top Model (2006). A naive young woman named May moves to Montreal from a small town and finds herself short on cash. Desperate for money, she agrees to take over her roommate's job as a dominatrix while she recovers from an injury.
