In 'See No Evil (2006)', Officer Frank Williams and his rookie partner investigate a call in an abandoned house where they discover a brutally blinded woman and encounter a huge psychopath wielding an ax. The rookie is killed, and Frank shoots the criminal but loses an arm in the process. Four years later, Frank, now mutilated and working as a guard at the County Detention Center, leads a group of inmates to clean up the Blackwell Hotel for use as a homeless shelter. During their stay, inmate Kira is kidnapped by Kane, a deranged serial killer who collects his victims' eyes, while the rest of the group faces off against the ax-wielding psychopath from years before.

'See No Evil', directed by Gregory Dark and released in 2006, is an American-Australian slasher horror film written by Dan Madigan. The story follows Officer Frank Williams, who four years after a traumatic encounter with a psychopathic ax murderer, finds himself leading a group of inmates to clean up the abandoned Blackwell Hotel. Unbeknownst to them, they are being hunted by the same killer from Frank's past, as well as Kane, a new serial killer targeting those staying at the hotel.
