Nastassja Kinski, born January 24, 1961 in Berlin as Nastassja Aglaia Nakszynski, is a German-American actress known for her roles in over 60 films. She is the daughter of German actor Klaus Kinski. Kinski's notable works include 'Tess', for which she won a Golden Globe Award, and two erotic films: 'Stay As You Are' and 'Cat People'. She has also appeared in several Wim Wenders films, such as 'The Wrong Move', 'Paris, Texas', and 'Faraway, So Close!'.

In Victorian-era Wessex County, England, Tess Durbeyfield, a shy and innocent peasant girl, becomes embroiled in complex relationships with two men: Alec d'Urberville, her 'cousin' who is actually an imposter claiming the aristocratic d'Urberville name for social standing, and Angel Clare, the son of a parson.
