Set in Smalltown USA, Levonna and Lamar could have an ideal relationship if not for Lamar's fixation on rear entry. After relenting one last time, Levonna devises a plan to address Lamar's obsession. Disguising herself as Lola, complete with a wig and Mexican accent, she attempts to redirect Lamar's interest. Meanwhile, Lamar seeks solace in other partners to practice his preferred technique. A marriage counselor fails to help them, leading Lamar to seek redemption at the Church of Rio Dio Radio under Sister Eufaula Roo.
